Dear ST Members,
With your support, the Stronger Together Food Drive had come to a successful end. We had filled 15 tall boxes and 4 skids of food. We had received some cash donations whereby we had purchased more food. There are people still bringing bags of food to the Centre. The Food Bank will come to pick them up on Wed afternoon. We will inform you of the result of our combined efforts after they weigh in the cargo.
Our heartfelt thanks for all of your contribution towards this event. A very special thank you to ACCE for the 4 skids, THHA for the several tall boxes of food and the volunteers, Police Service 42 Division and CMC-AO for cartons of food and volunteers. Also, thanks to representatives from CMC-AO, JCCC, KCCA, MAC, CCC directors and ambassadors who showed up in person bringing food and also volunteered. We were overjoyed to see one another in real person, coming together as a fun-filled reunion. We really felt stronger together at that moment!
