DiverseCity Expo will launch on May 1, 2022 and will run until May 31, 2022 – incorporating both Jewish and Asian Heritage months, and the UN International Day of Diversity and Dialogue.

Baycrest is pleased to host this years opening gala event, on Thursday, May 5, 2022.

Inspired by Open Doors, Luminato, Nuit Blanche and CONTACT, DiverseCity is the brainchild of the Culture and Arts Department and Foundation at Baycrest. It is a unique event through which multiple arts & culture organizations in Toronto will host an engaging network of experiences celebrating the rich multiplicity of populations in our great city!

Both in-person and virtual, the Expo will have a national and international reach, and will also
provide opportunities for cultural institutions looking to expand their impact and donor base. As
the name suggests, DiverseCity celebrates the diversity of our people, and encourages a deeper understanding and respect for each other.
